Coriander, Chana Dal, Urad Dal, Red Chilli, Cumin Seeds, Black Pepper, Green Cardamom, Cinnamon, Marathi Moggu, Coconut, Mace, Fenugreek Seeds, Asafoetida, Seasame Seeds.
DIRECTIONS TO USE
Firtly, in a large kadhai take vegetables and 2 tbsp peanuts.
Add 2 cups water, 1/4th tsp turmeric and 1 tsp salt.
Boil for 8 minutes or till veggies are half cooked.
Now add 3/4th cup tamarind extract and 1 tsp jaggery.
Boil for 10 minutes or till raw smell of tamarind disappears.
Further add 1 cup of cooked toor dal and 1/2 cup of cooked rice.
Mix well making sure to break if there are any lumps present.
Additionally add 1 cup water or more adjusting consistency.
Now Add AMIMA’S KITCHEN BISI BELE BHAAT SPICE MIX, 1/2 tsp salt and 1 tbsp Ghee.
Cover it and simmer for 20 minutes or till the rice and dal absorb spices.
