Carom Seeds, Coriander Seeds, Cumin Seeds, Black Cardamom, Clove, Mace, Red Chilly, Bay Leaves, Pomegranate Seeds, Amchoor, Dry Ginger, Nutmeg, Kachri, Iodized Salt, Black Salt, Mint Leaves, Turmeric, Dry Mango.
DIRECTIONS TO USE
Soak overnight 110 Gms. Black Lentils (Urad Sabut) and 30 Gms. Red Kidney Beans. Drain away water.
Add 1.5 litre warm water and red kidney beans in a deep pan and boil till soft.
Add more water if required. Add 120 Gms. finely chopped tomatoes and 15 Gms. AMIMA’S KITCHEN DAL MAKHANI SPICE MIX.
Cook for 5 to 6 minutes. Transfer it to boiling beans.
Mix and simmer for 10 minutes. Check salt.
Add butter and garnish with cream and coriander leaves.
