KADHAI PANEER SPICE MIX
Net Wt. 100 Gms.
Coriander Seeds, Fennel Seeds, Cumin Seeds, Bay Leaves, Red Chilly, Cardamom Black, Cardamom Green, Clove, Black Pepper.
DIRECTION TO USE
In a Kadhai heat 2 tbsp. oil. Add 2 chopped veggies till light brown.
Add 2 Chopped Tomatoes, 25 Gms. AMIMA’S KITCHEN KADHAI SPICE MIX and sauté on medium heat for 2-3 minutes or until oil separates.
Add 2 small sized capsicums (cut lengthwise) and sauté for 2-3 minutes or until half cook.
Pour ½ cup milk in the Kadhai and continue stirring till boils.
Add 250 Gms. paneer cubes, cover the lid and cook on medium heat for 5 min or until gravy thickens and paneer is coated in it.
Garnish with mint and coriander leaves.
Serve with naan or roti.
