PASTA SPICE MIX
Coriander Seeds, Turmeric Powder, Pepper Powder, Dry Mango Powder, Ginger Powder, Corn Flour, Oregano, Red Chilli, Garam Masala, Cumin Seeds, Fenugreek Seeds, Black Pepper, Sugar, Salt, Chilli Flakes.
DIRECTIONS TO USE
Heat 4 cups water along with 1/2 teaspoon salt till it comes to a boil.
When it comes to a boil, add pasta. Cook pasta without any lid on medium to high flame.
Cook till the pasta becomes al dente. You can also cook it more if you want. Strain the pasta.
Add in a bowl and or keep in the strainer or colander. Cover and keep aside.
Firstly, chop all the veggies you love.
Do make sure to cut the veggies finely. Otherwise, they may take a long time to cook.
Then heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan. Add veggies and saute. Add Ginger/Garlic Paste and mix well till the aroma goes away.
Add 2 tbsp AMIMA’S KITCHEN PASTA SPICE MIX and mix well. Add 1/2 cup water.
Cover the pan with its lid. On a low medium flame simmer till the veggies are cooked.
If the water dries up, you can add more water.
Instead of cooking veggies, you can also use veggies that have been steamed or boiled before.
Then add pasta.
Mix very well.
Add 2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves.
Mix well and switch off the flame.
