Coriander Seeds, Cumin Seeds, Carom Seeds, Red Chilly, Dry Ginger, Bay Leaves, Black Cardamom, Clove, Mace, Nutmeg, Pomegranate Seeds, Dry Mango, Kachri, Iodized Salt, Black Salt, Mint Leaves, Turmeric.

 

DIRECTIONS TO USE

Soak 250 Gms Rajma (Red Kidney Beans) in water overnight.

Boil the beans in 750 ml water till tender. Heat oil in a pan & fry.

Add 200 gms chopped tomatoes & 20 Gms of AMIMA’S KITCHEN PUNJABI RAJMA SPICE MIX to form a paste.

Transfer boiled beans along with water & stir.
